
This is the perfect simple, quick, no fuss Valentine's or Holiday treat that will please all of your favorite chili and chocolate lovers.
Spicy & Sweet Chocolate Granola Bark
(12 servings/pieces)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar-free & 100% dark work too)
- 1/2 cup Better Than Provisions Cacao Cayenne Goji granola
- 1/4 cup dried cherries, or fruit of your choice
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T flaky salt (kosher, Himalayan, sea salt)
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate in microwave (30 second increments) or in double boiler
- Line a sheet tray with parchment or wax paper. Once chocolate is melted, spread onto linked sheet tray until desired thickness is met
- Top melted chocolate with granola, dried fruit, seeds, salt, and whatever toppings you desire
- Place sheet pan in fridge for ~30 minutes to 1 hour, or until chocolate hardens
- Remove from fridge and break into serving size pieces. ENJOY!
Notes:
- Storing: Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
