Sugar Free Granola Bites
Ingredients:
- ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips (Choc Zero, Lakanto, Lily’s)
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1.5 cups 5 Nut Granola - any flavor
Method:
- Melt choc zero in a double boiler, metal bowl inside a pan of hot water, or in your microwave.
- Stir in coconut oil. Add granola. Stir well.
- Lay on a pan lined with parchment and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
