5 Nut Granola Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients (for our low-carb version):
- 5 Nut Granola (any flavor)
- Yogurt (dairy or dairy free - it’s all good)
- Fresh fruit or other toppings
- More 5 Nut Granola to garnish
Method:
- The beauty of this parfait is that it’s endlessly riffable. Essentially you’re just stacking your favorite parfait ingredients. In the photo above we started with a layer of 5 Nut Granola, added a scoop of organic yogurt, topped it with some fresh berries, and added some extra granola on top for more crunch. Mix and match layers to come up with your favorite!
Additional Topping Ideas:
- Dried fruit
- Chocolate chips
- Honey drizzle
- Fresh herbs like mint or basil
- Jam or preserves
- Nut butter
- Roasted apples
- Banana slices
- Chia seeds
