Goat Cheese & Granola Log

Grab your favorite low carb veggies, apple slices, or grain free crackers to pair with this goat cheese rolled in keto granola. It makes the perfect snack or party appetizer.

Goat Cheese & Granola Log
(Makes 1 log)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube of goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup 5 Nut Grain-Free Granola (we used Cacao-Cayenne)
  • Veggies, apples, and/or grain-free crackers for serving

Method:

  1. Cut to preferred size and allow the goat cheese sit at room temp for 15 minutes
  2. Grind the granola in a food processor - just enough to make it even
  3. Place granola onto an edged plate - and roll cheese until covered
  4. Serve immediately or place in parchment wrap and chill until serving

Jazz it up:

  • Add a drizzle of honey over the top
  • Serve with other items (meat, olives, jam) on a larger charcuterie board

Tips:

  • Let the log soften assists with better adhering of the granola & make it easier to spread
